am I eligible
what you need to know

  • be aged 18 to 55 (woman) and 18 to 58 (man).
     
  • have a weight greater than or equal to 50 kg
     
  • not currently under treatment. 
     
  • if you are a previous donor, the date of your last donation must be > 3 months ago.

  • if you are a woman, the date of your last period must be > 14 days ago.

blood donation,
how to prepare for it ?

  • I remember to drink lots of water and eat lightly before coming to donate. I limit fatty foods and avoid alcohol consumption in the 24 hours before my donation;
  • I plan loose clothing and sleeves that can be rolled up above the elbow. 
  • I am preparing to answer the questionnaire correctly during my pre-donation medical interview.
